Team Member Limit and App Confusion

Hi, I am working with a team of 5 girls for the Technovation App Challenge. Are there no exceptions to the 4 member limit? Also, are we allowed to submit an app that was part of another challenge? Thanks!

  The rules have a 4 person limit. I would speak with the Member's staff or advisor about accepting your app. For 2014 the app can be submitted to other challenges.
