My school's ineligable to participate

I have no idea if they're even trying to become a part of this, let alone if they know about it. How can I bring this to their attention and where can I direct them to sign up?

    The school does not have to participate but you need to live or be eligible to attend public school in a participating Member of Congress's district. You can check that at studentappchallenge.house.gov
