House App Challenge Team Submission

If I am working in a team, is it necessary for me and my team member to both submit a submission, or is it okay if only one person submits the submission on behalf of the team?

    one person submits on behalf of the team. On the submission form, you list the email addresses of the other team members. Use the email address the other team members used to register on ChallengePost.
