Adding Team Members?

I have a team, we are unable to add individual team members due to the Ohio High School Internet Policy. They cannot log into the email from school. How can I add these four students?

    If you are unable to add them in ChallengePost, provide their names and contact information either as comments on the submission form or directly to the Member's Office.
